It's Friday!! Deng it's crazy how fast this week went by. I'm serious this week went by super duper fast. Well anyways this week was probably one of the best weeks I have had in a while, and I don't know why but it just felt like a good week. I hope you all had a great week!!

Today's outfit was the perfect combination of lazy and chic, hence the title: lazy chic. It got a bit cold here in SD, so I decided to do a couple of outfits that were "fall/winter" like. I love mixing patterns because it gives a look that many people have done a new twist. The patterns work because of the color differentiation. That is the one key factor on mixing patterns. Hope you love this outfit.

It was raining when I took these photos and I was trying to get my brother to take them as quickly as I can. I'm dearly sorry for not posing these past two days. I got sick again and which is odd because I never get sick. Good thing I went to the doctor and found out what is wrong with me. I should be better in a couple of days. 

I really don't know where the inspiration came from this outfit. I tend to get bored a lot so I'm always making different outfits. I love this one because it's edgy and sporty at the same time. The prints mesh well together because when you take a colorful print and mix it with a black and white print, it perfectly meshes well together. Never be afraid to mix prints my loves!

Gossip Girl here. Ahaha I just had to do that after I named my post Gossip Sucks. Friday is here and I hope you all have a wonderful Friday. Remember to safe!! My economics teacher in high school would always say this to us students: TGIF! Don't drink & drive! He was a really funny dude. I have to say I always had the best teachers. I guess I was just lucky. I know many of my friends didn't like their teachers.

Onto today's bad girl outfit. I have to say I'm the perfect combination of a chola and rocker chic. My mom & sister said I looked like Gwen Stefani and I do have her "swagger." I always found that word funny. I was pretty surprised that, that was an actual word. This outfit could have been taken a whole different style, simply by changing the braids to a bun, and the striped leggings to a cute skirt of your choice. This will be one of my proud outfits. I love when I go for different styles that I don't normally wear. Hope you love my edgy outfit today!

Happy Hump day!! One more day and school is done for the week!! It's funny how we are supposed to enjoying our time at school, when we want to leave every chance we get. I hope you all are enjoying your time at school or work. For all of you in school, we have to believe it will pay off in the future. And for those of you working, if you hate your job, find another that makes you happy. The poorest man could be the happiest.

This has been one of my warmest outfits I have put together. I will tell you that I have to put pantyhose underneath my leggings, because they are very see through and well I don't want anyone to see my booty. This outfit meshes well because the prints are very different but still go together. I hope you all try out mixing prints. If you ever need advice on how, you are welcome to email me.

NEW YORK FASHION WEEK HAS ALREADY BEEN GOING ON FOR A WEEK NOW, BUT HERE IS ONE OF MY NYFW INSPIRED LOOKS! 

Before I begin on how I got this crazy outfit, I just want to say I hope you all are having a great hump day!! We are almost to Friday guys!! And for those of you that have school, well we have a 4 day weekend!! So glad we do. And even though Valentine's day seems like maybe a sad day for all you singles out there, remember you're alive and healthy and are to cool for a relationship like me. 

Okay now onto my fab, unique outfit. So this idea for this outfit came out of nowhere, but I wanted to represent how if I were to ever be invited to fashion week, you know I would have some crazy outfits. I feel that fashion week is a time to take risks in your outfits, and this would definitely be a risk. In my opinion, this crazy pattern combination works simply because the stripes are colorful and the print leggings are black with a shimmer. Whenever you mix prints, it's all about the colors. You have to see which work. I'm sorry that you couldn't see my necklace in the shots. My brother didn't tell me that it had hidden itself under my multicolored striped shirt. The outfit is still amazing without it.

Mixing Prints, part 2...

Yet again everything is Forever 21 /.\

I took these pictures at the Petco Park in sunny San Diego. SD seems to not get that it's winter so unfortunately I cannot do winter outfits, and instead I'm forced to spring/summer outfits. I'm hoping that winter will come soon so I could show you some of winter outfit ideas. 

Polka dots and florals work very well together and which is why I love this outfit. This outfit is definitely a risk, but it's a great risk. It can be preppy or you can make it "hipster." I hope you all love this look!!

80's Throwback...

Everything is Forever 21. Although the statement collar necklace is unknown.

So I was inspired from The Carrie Diaries for this look. If you do not watch the Carrie Diaries, season 2 barely started, so catch up. It's the prequel to Sex and the City, obviously based on the roots of the famous Carrie Bradshaw. It's a really cute show and I love all these modern twists on the 80's. The 80's was one of my fav fashion eras. The colors were so bright and vibrant and no one cared about having to coordinate it right.

I'm sorry the picture is blurry but it was the only one I could find. I honestly love Carrie's fashion on this show. They dress her so adorably and so perfect. There is nothing wrong with her fashion in this show. It's always on point. 

I had fun doing this look and it was pretty hot this day when I shot it so I was dying in this look. It's a super fun look and definetly a stand out look. If neon is not your thing, I recommend you go with a different print crop top just like Carrie. Hope you all love this look.

It's finally here!!!! Yes that's right, football is back guys!! And I'm so excited like you guys have no idea. I wait all year for this. This is why I love fall too. Now Sundays and Mondays have meanings to me. And for all the readers thinking I'm just a girly girl who just watches it because of the hot guys, I'm sorry but you are wrong. I'm the type to sit down, watch the game, and critique the player's plays. 

I just planned my outfit for the first game of the Chargers and yes I'm a fan of the Chargers. Even though they haven't been doing that great these past couple years, I will always support them. They are my home team. Always will be a Charger fan till the end.

Well the inspiration for this outfit came from a post I saw on tumblr. I cannot find the picture but this couple were both using different patterns and I suddenly knew I wanted to do a blog post about mixing prints. It's not wrong to mix prints, as long as you do it right. Polka dot print is probably the easiest print to mix with since it's very simple and it doesn't have stuff going all over. It works well with my palm trees high-waisted shorts because the black blends well with each other. I found it dull at first, so I added my red pointed bib and it was perfection.
