I cannot believe I'm almost to 1000 followers on Instagram. It's mind blowing to me. I started this blog at first to just put what I wear out in the world, because many people said it was my talent. I tried it and failed. I tried again and I have stuck with it. I do this blog to inspire girls that it's okay to wear weird things and it's okay to be yourself. I have been put down by many people in my life, and though it's a daily struggle I keep pushing myself to move forward. You just have to appreciate with what you have and try your best to stay positive. Life is going to suck really bad at times, but it will also be wonderfully great at other times. You just have to put yourself through hell, to get to heaven.

And now for today's look. I was inspired by many looks I have seen on Instagram for this look. I saw it as so effortless and so chic. It's a great look if you're running late and don't have time to do your hair or take time to think about your outfit. Black and white are the best colors to go to when you don't have any clue what to wear. Hope you all love this outfit!!

It's Friday!! Deng it's crazy how fast this week went by. I'm serious this week went by super duper fast. Well anyways this week was probably one of the best weeks I have had in a while, and I don't know why but it just felt like a good week. I hope you all had a great week!!

Today's outfit was the perfect combination of lazy and chic, hence the title: lazy chic. It got a bit cold here in SD, so I decided to do a couple of outfits that were "fall/winter" like. I love mixing patterns because it gives a look that many people have done a new twist. The patterns work because of the color differentiation. That is the one key factor on mixing patterns. Hope you love this outfit.

It's Thursday already?? Deng time passes by so fast!! I hope you all are having a great day! Although this week has been just ugh because getting sick sucks so much. I'm glad I found out what was wrong with me. It makes life less stressful. I hope for all of you that are in school are doing well and to remember school comes first. I know it's a pain but I think it will help us in the future.

Onto today's total chic outfit. If I would have added a headband, you could just call me Blair Waldorf. Speaking of Blair, I'm currently watching Gossip Girl right now. Since I wasn't able to watch it when I was younger, I'm watching it now and it's so addicting. I love it so much. I cannot wait to visit New York. This outfit is definitely a cute outfit to wear on rainy days but not on windy days!! Your skirt will just fly up and show your cute booty!

Excuse me from not posting yesterday, but I got sick out of the blue. It was pretty odd that I did, since I've been feeling pretty great. I'm heading to the doctor today to see if everything is alright with my body. I love/hate being sick because I love eating soups and being able to rest but I hate it because you feel like poo. I hope I do feel better. 

Onto today's outfit. It finally hit "winter" in San Diego and a big storm has passed us over the weekend. I wish it was longer because I do love thunder & lighting. I think it's so amazing. I know a lot of people get scared by it, but I love it. I especially love going to bed with the sound of rain. Nothing more peaceful than that. This look is very chic and works with all ages. You can of course use any sweater to your liking. Add a coat of your choice and you are ready to go through any storm in your city very fashionably.

Deng it's Thursday already? These weeks are going by to fast man. I kinda love/hate it. You love it 'cause school is going by fast but you hate it because you feel your life just passing by so quickly. I feel life is a very scary thing for most of us. You never know what life is going to throw your way, and I think that's what scares most of us. We fear the unknown.

Onto today's outfit. I have been waiting to do denim on denim and I finally did it!! I really loved this outfit. It's chic but at the same time, has that bohemian vibe to it. My only advice for when wearing denim on denim is, try to get two different types of denim. In my opinion the same denim on top of each other is not very appealing and seems boring. With two different types of denim, you clearly can distinguish the two, making the outfit chic.

These plaid pants are a bit hard to get away from that edgy look so I decided to put a spin on them and turn them from edgy to chic. I think I did a pretty good job if I say so. The key pieces to changing the look of the pants was the shirt. The white collar always adds that chic, girly look everyone loves to have. Hope you all have a wonderful day.

How are all of you this fine Sunday?? I know many of my young followers are studying for their finals and I wish you all good luck. I know some of you are stressed, but hey as long as you study hard and just not 20 seconds before your test comes, you should do fine. I know when I had tests, I would use index cards. I do have a great memory so maybe that might not work for you all. Just STUDY!!

This was a random outfit I threw together. My momma wanted to go to Coronado and eat some healthy burgers & grab a quick Starbucks. And yes there is such a thing as a "healthy" burger. It's not entirely healthy, but healthier. This place is called Burger Lounge and the burgers are honestly the best I've ever had. I recommend if you live in SD, you go and try it out. This jean shirt complimented the cheetah cardigan so perfectly honestly. When I put it on, I was like this is perfect. I love this outfit, because it's simple but still chic. I'm glad I left my hair in a bun because if I didn't, my hair would look out of place.

Oh my gosh Thanksgiving is 2 days away!! You guys have no idea how excited I am. Thanksgiving is probably my fav, well one because of the food and two because of the food. I'm a foodie!! I'll admit I don't like some foods but hey not everybody likes every single food item and well if you do then good for you!!!

I love this look because it's so simple but perfectly chic at the same time. The statement necklace brings it all together so well. This look was inspired from the many looks you see on tumblr. I had to tuck in my shirt partially, because it didn't look well with my shirt just over the plaid. I hope you all love this look!!

I'm sorry these pictures are a bit blurry. These were the ones that managed to look a bit clear. I guess my camera was being stupid & just wasn't focusing right. It made me a bit mad because I loved the way the pictures could have looked but no, it never works out for me. 

I hope you guys do like this outfit. I plan on doing a night outfit with this same outfit. I will then combine so you can see the easy pieces to change your outfit from the day to night. Before I do pick what pieces I want to up this outfit, let me tell you that the most key piece you can to up this outfit is either statement heels or a statement jewelry. Since this skirt is already complicated you don't want to add a statement jacket to this, because it will only make your outfit look out of place.
